2019-20 Year-End Awards: Belle Merrell & Calla Grasley Award as Scholastic Player of the Year Presented By The Rotary Club

Prince Albert, SK  –  The Prince Albert Raiders are proud to announce the winners of the Belle Merrell & Calla Grasley Award as Scholastic Players of the Year Presented By The Rotary Club are Nolan Allan and Landon Kosior.

Allan and Kosior were both in their rookie seasons in the WHL and attended classes at Carlton Comprehensive High School.

Allan played in 58 games with the Raiders in his debut season, scoring two goals and adding six assists. Drafted third overall in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft, the Davidson, SK product suited up for Canada Red at the 2019 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. He had an assist in five games.

Kosior dressed in all 64 games in his freshman campaign with the Raiders. Hailing from Regina, he had five goals and 18 assists. Last week, he was ranked 98th among North American skaters for the 2020 NHL Draft.
