Raiders This Week – January 13
Prince Albert SK- The Raiders have a busy seven days, with community appearances throughout the week followed by three games in three nights over the weekend, including a pair of matchups at home against the Regina Pats and Swift Current Broncos.
Here is the Raiders itinerary this week:
Monday, January 13th
Practice – 1:00 PM
Tuesday, January 14th
Practice – 1:00 PM
The CIBC Read to Succeed program makes a visit to Turgeon School at 9:30 AM, where Raider players Chance Braid, Ryan Coghlan and Cole Cheveldave will read to students, talk about the importance of literacy and sign autographs.
Raiders Collin Valcourt, Carson Perreaux, Sawyer Lange and Jayden Hart will be at John Diefenbaker School at 9:30 AM to speak to students about the prevention of bullying and living a positive lifestyle.
Wednesday, January 15th
Practice – 1:00 PM
The CIBC Read to Succeed program stops in at Holy Cross School at 9:30 AM, where Raider players Craig Leverton, Shane Danyluk, Calder Brooks and Dakota Conroy will read to students, talk about the importance of literacy and sign autographs.
Raiders Mackenze Stewart, Graeme Craig and Josh Morrissey will be at Princess Margret School at 9:30 AM to speak to students about the prevention of bullying and living a positive lifestyle.
Thursday, January 16th
Practice – 1:00 PM
The Frank Dunn Toyota Future Raiders program returns for 2014 with a double dose, as Darcy Zaharichuk, Brendan Guhle and Josh Morrissey will help out at the Novice Canadians practice at the East Hill arena at 4:30. Tim Vanstone, Reid Gardiner and Gage Quinney visit the Novice White Foxes practice at Crescent Heights Arena at 5 PM. The Players will be bringing mini-sticks and game tickets for the teams, courtesy of Frank Dunn Toyota.
Friday, January 17th
Raiders @ Blades – 7:05 PM – 900 CKBI
Saturday, January 18th
Raiders vs. Pats – 7:00 PM
It is Sasktel night at the Art Hauser Centre! One lucky fan will win a new Smartphone courtesy of Sasktel!
The pre-game meal, hosted by Lone Wolf Catering, which will consist of pork chops with applesauce, will begin at 6:00 PM in the Ches Leach Lounge.
Sunday January 19th
Raiders vs. Broncos– 7:00 PM
Cameco will be on hand as the game presenter, handing out noisemakers to all fans entering the arena prior to the game!
The pre-game meal, hosted by Lone Wolf Catering, which will consist of southern comfort riblets, will begin at 6:00 PM in the Ches Leach Lounge.
