Raiders re-assign seven skaters

The Prince Albert Raiders announced the re-assignment of seven signed players on Monday afternoon.

Cooper Anderson, Ethan Bibeau, Oli Chenier, Dayce Derkatch, Ryan Gower, and Luke Moroz will head back to play with their respective U18 teams this season. The 15-year-olds all played in preseason action with the Raiders, but are eligible to play just five regular season games in the 2022-23 campaign. The six skaters were all selected by Prince Albert in the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.

The Raiders also re-assigned 17-year-old Alex Mack, who spent last season with the AEHL’s SSAC Athletics U18AAA program. The Edmonton, Alta. product was signed by Prince Albert prior to the 2021-22 season.

The green and gold hit the ice on Friday night for a preseason game against the Saskatoon Blades. Puck drop from the Art Hauser Centre is at 7pm.
