Leavitt Machinery Preview – Game 68 vs. Calgary

RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (31-25-9-2) close out their four-game homestand tonight against the Calgary Hitmen (21-36-8-2) at the Art Hauser Centre. Last night, the Raiders extended their winning streak to eight games with a 6-4 victory over the WHL-leading Moose Jaw Warriors. Cole Fonstad got the scoring started with a highlight-reel goal in the first period. In the middle frame, Kody McDonald sandwiched a Warriors goal with two of his own to make it 3-1. Then, Jordy Stallard tallied his 17th power-play goal of the year to put the Raiders up 4-1. After Moose Jaw cut into the lead, Curtis Miske scored twice – once in the second and once in the third – to make it a 6-2 game. The Warriors responded with two goals, but it wasn’t enough. Ian Scott made 21 saves to earn his 23rd win of the season.

VS. CALGARY: This is the final game of the four-game season series between the Raiders and the Hitmen. The Raiders have taken five of a possible six points from Calgary so far this season.
