RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (4-6-1-1) start the second half of the season tonight against the Brandon Wheat Kings (9-2-1-0) in the Subway Hub Centre. In their last outing, the Raiders doubled up the Swift Current Broncos 4-2 on Saturday night. Justin Nachbaur (1g-2a) and Ozzy Wiesblatt (3a) each had three-point nights. Spencer Moe, Eric Pearce, and Dallyn Peekeekoot also scored in the win.

DISHING THEM OUT: Ozzy Wiesblatt recorded the fourth three-assist night of his WHL career on Saturday against the Swift Current Broncos. It was also the second such night of the season, with the previous time coming against the Brandon Wheat Kings on March 16. The San Jose Sharks prospect leads the Raiders in assists (10) and points (14) this season.

60 WINS: Goaltender Max Paddock picked up the 60th win of his WHL career on Saturday night against the Broncos. He stopped 19 shots to claim the win. Since joining the Raiders, Paddock has posted a 16-6-1-2 record with a 2.04 goals-against average and a 0.926 save percentage.

STREAK SNAPPED: Spencer Moe got his first goal of the season in Saturday’s victory over Swift Current. The Calgary product snapped a 12-game goalless drought dating back to March 3, 2020 against the Calgary Hitmen. It also held up as Moe’s fifth career game-winning goal. Along with the goal, Moe has three assists for four points in 10 games in the Subway Hub Centre.

FIRST: Dallyn Peekeekoot scored his first WHL goal in his third career game in Saturday’s win over the Broncos. The product of Ahtahkakoop First Nation struck on the power play early in the first period.

POWERING UP: The Raiders scored two power-play goals in a game for the third time this season. The first came on Opening Night against the Regina Pats, while the second was against the Wheat Kings on March 16.
