RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (49-8-1-2) welcome the Lethbridge Hurricanes (32-18-5-5) to the Art Hauser Centre for tonight’s game. On Saturday, the Raiders defeated the Brandon Wheat Kings 7-1 in Prince Albert. The line of Cole Fonstad, Noah Gregor, and Ozzy Wiesblatt combined for four goals and 10 points in the win. Fonstad had a goal and three assists, Gregor scored twice and added a helper, while Ozzy Wiesblatt added a goal and an assist. Jakob Brook, Parker Kelly, and Sean Montgomery also scored for the Raiders. Ian Scott made 15 saves for his 33rd win of the year.

VS. LETHBRIDGE: This is the final contest of the four-game season series between the Raiders and the Hurricanes. The Raiders have won all three of the previous meetings, including a 6-5 victory over the Hurricanes on Feb. 9 in Lethbridge.

CLINCHED: With a win over Brandon on Saturday night, the Raiders clinched the East Division for the first time since the 1998-99 season. The win also guaranteed the Raiders the top spot in the Eastern Conference. This is the fourth time in team history that the Raiders have won the division, with banners also coming for the 1984-85 and 1991-92 seasons.

THIRTY-GOAL CLUB: For the first time in his WHL career, Parker Kelly reached the 30-goal plateau when he scored on Saturday night against Brandon. His is the third member of the Raiders to reach 30 goals this season. Only two other teams have three 30-goal scorers this season are the Everett Silvertips and the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

THREE-POINT NIGHT: Raiders rookie Ozzy Wiesblatt recorded the first three-point night of his WHL career on Saturday with a goal and two assists. It was also the second time in his career that he had two assists in one game. The Calgary product has 36 points on the season, taking over the team’s rookie scoring lead.

HERMAN SIGNS: The Raiders announced the signing 2002-born forward Evan Herman to a WHL Standard Players Agreement on Monday. Herman, selected in the third round of the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft, has 13 goals and 13 assists in 30 games played with Rink Hockey Academy Prep in Winnipeg.

KELLY SUSPENDED: Parker Kelly has been suspended three games for his boarding major at the end of Saturday’s game against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Kelly is eligible to return for Tuesday’s game against the Swift Current Broncos.
