Prince Albert, SK – The Prince Albert Raiders are proud to announce the selection of defenceman Rhett Rhinehart with the team’s first selection, 13th overall, in the first round of the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft.
“Rhett is one of the youngest guys in this year’s draft. He has been one of the most improved players throughout this past season and is someone who could make the WHL very soon and continue to improve,” explained Raiders Director of Player Personnel Ron Gunville. “Rhett is a big physical right handed defenceman who has a good shot and can add some offence to our blue line in the future.”
Super honoured to be selected by the Prince Albert Raiders! @PARaidersHockey Thank you to every one who has helped me to be who I am today!
