Prince Albert, SK – The Prince Albert Raiders have released 1996-born forward Kolten Olynek.

Olynek was acquired from the Spokane Chiefs last season. Originally drafted by the Lethbridge Hurricanes, the Saskatoon product played in 49 career games with the Raiders. He scored nine goals and added 11 assists.

“We want to thank Kolten for his contributions to the Prince Albert Raiders and wish him the best in all of his future endeavours,” said Raiders general manager Curtis Hunt.

The Raiders are back in action on Wednesday night when the Portland Winterhawks visit the Art Hauser Centre. Puck drop is 7 p.m.
