During that span, the ’03-04 Raiders had an 8-0-2 record with Seth Leonard tallying three game-winning goals. In their current nine-game stretch, the Raiders have posted a 6-0-3 record.
BUDIK’S BEST: With two assists in Wednesday night’s win over the Kootenay ICE, defenceman Vojtech Budik set a new career high for points in a season with 28. His previous high was 26 set last year. Since returning from the World Juniors, Budik has six goals and 11 assists in 14 games.
STALLARD’S STREAK: By potting a pair of goals on Wednesday, Jordy Stallard snapped a season-high four-game goalless drought. It was also the longest Stallard had been denied scoring a goal as a member of the Raiders. The Winnipeg Jets draft pick as destroyed his previous career highs to lead the team in goals (34) and points (69).
